Everything I ate was exquisite, but if you only order one thing, make sure it is the tuna pizza! Each dish was not only mouthwateringly delicious, it was a work of art. This is definitely a firm favourite from the Yellowtail menu. What I thought: The Big Eye Tuna Pizza…wow. What I ate: I had the Big Eye Tuna Pizza with Micro Shiso and Truffle Oil, the Kobe Beef Tataki with Spicy Daikon, Garlic and Maldon Sea Salt, seared scallops topped with caviar, Lobster carpaccio with Sweet Shaved Onion, Cilantro and Amazu Ponzu, and Tempura Alaskan King Crab with Serrano, Sweet Ponzu and Shaved Red Onion. In addition to mouth-watering sushi, guests are also treated to a fantastic view of the Bellagio Fountain Show. This upscale sushi restaurant serves a menu of authentic traditional and modern Japanese cuisine created by award-winning Chef Akira Back.
